Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jordan Farms ("we") handles information when you use the farms and chalets booking app and its website. Customers do not create accounts and no payments are made in the app.

Information we collect

• Booking requests: name, phone number, email (optional), notes (optional), place, date and period, and the app language.
• Reviews: star rating and optional comment. Approved reviews are shown publicly with the name used for the booking.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, the app sends the device's push token, platform (Android or iOS) and app language to link the device to your bookings and send status updates.
• On your device only: booking references, the phone number used, place names, last known status and language preference, so you can follow your bookings without an account. You can remove them in the app.
• Technical logs: the server records limited technical data such as IP address and request time for security and abuse prevention.

We do not request access to your location, contacts or photos, and we use no advertising or marketing tracking. Maps, calls and emails open in your device's apps.

How we use information

• To send your request to the farm or chalet owner so they can confirm or decline it and contact you.
• To send notifications and emails about your booking status (request received, confirmed, declined, cancelled, request expired, review invitation). We do not send marketing messages.
• To show approved reviews, prevent double bookings and protect the service against abuse.

Who can see it

• The owner of the place sees the booking details for their place (name, phone, email if given, notes).
• Platform administrators for support and review moderation.
• Service providers: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Bookings and reviews are kept as operational records of the platform and the owners. Invalid push tokens are disabled immediately and deleted later; long-unused tokens are disabled. Technical logs are kept for a short period and backups for a limited period before deletion.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your booking information where the law allows by emailing support@jordansfarms.com with your booking reference and phone number for verification. You can turn off notifications in your device settings at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
